Accident on school trip

A Fedex truck slamed into a building and a fire hydrent along 120th street and Amsterdam avenue. Firefighters and EMS workers were trying to put a stop to the water that was gushing down the avenue. When we were going to Teacher's college, we were stunned. The front of the truck was completely smashed and the glass shattered. The fire hydrent landed 10 inches from the van.

Mets hopes dead in the water

New York- Just give up the damn season already. The Mets, for the 4th straight year, are blowing it again. Johan Santana is out for the year. Jerry Manuel is looking through the want-ad list for a new job. Starting pitching has been horrible. The Mets, who have the highest pay roll in baseball, virtually do nothing every off season. The Mets last year, had a chance to sign CC Sabathia from Milwakee, who was 19-6 that 2008 season. The Yankees got him intead, and look what happened. The 2011 season looks for new hopes, new dreams, and for the Mets to make it into the postseason for the first time since 2006.
